Highlights from Summer 2007

My friend Lynsey came from Scotland. We went to see The Fray, a concert. It was fun. We had to leave early though to go pick up Shelley from the airport. She came from Scotland too!

This is Lynsey, me and Shelley at one of the Gallivan Concerts.

Here we are--Tamara, Lynsey, Shelley and I at the Eisley concert. Eisley is one of my favorite bands--and I converted 3 new fans :)

A bunch of us went to see a movie at Sundance. It was cold--but it was way fun.

Nichole, Lynsey, Tiffany and I went with Nichole's friend to tube down this canal by Spanish Fork Canyon. I was so scared--but it ended up being so much fun.
Me and Lynsey in the canal.
After tubing in the canal we went for icecream in Provo. Here's Lynsey, me and Tiffany.Lynsey and I at a Real Salt Lake Soccer (football) game.

Lynsey, me, Jen and Nichole at the Real game.

While Lynsey and Shelley were visiting from Scotland we decided they needed to float the Provo river. I was excited because I hadn't done it before either! It was so much fun--and no as scary as I thought it would be.
Lynsey had a birthday while she was here. So we had a party or her at my house. Here are a bunch of us Scotland chums in my front yard.
We had a BBQ up Milcreek Canyon. Here's me, Lynsey and Nichole.

Me and Shelley at my family's campout. Just roastin' some marshmellows.

Since my brother Nate was in California for the summer, I decided it would be good for my Scotland friends to see California, as well as Utah. So here we are in the airport, on our way to Cali!
Me, Shelley and Lynsey in Hollywood. We totally fit in there.

Me and Shelley buring our feet in the sand at Huntington Beach.

Me, my sister-in-law Charlotte, her brother, and my brother Nate building an amazing sand castle.

Crashing against the waves! Lynsey and I.

Me and Charlotte buried in the sand.

Shelley, Lynsey and I at New Port Beach Temple.

Charlotte, Nate, me, Lynsey and Shelley at the San Diego Temple. It's so pretty!

Back in Salt Lake---this is me at the GilGal park. It's a hidden little gem in Salt Lake--there's a sphinx of Joseph Smith :)

At the end of the summer Tamara and I went to the Keith Urban concert---we were so close--I touched his hand!

Me on one of the several hikes I went on that summer.

What a fun summer. Too bad the cold weather and snow have arrived.

every time I got to Gilgal Gardens and walk under that arch I think it is going to fall on me.
