I hate for this sleep deprived picture of me to be the last picture of me on this Blog--but it's okay cause it's with my mom and that makes me happy :) This is in the Salt Lake City airport after my two-day journey home. I've told many of you the story already, but here it goes again: I was to fly through London Gatwick and then Minneapolis and then to Salt Lake--but my flight to London (which was British Airways my favorite by the way) was cancelled due to fog. I had arrived at the Edinburgh airport early in the morning to catch that flight too. So they ended up re-routing me to Atlanta--but there weren't any flights going to Salt Lake that day--so I told them I knew someone who might be able to come get me--so we booked the flight and then I booked a flight for the next day that went directly to Salt Lake. I unfortunatley had to wait 7 hours to get on that flight to Atlanta and then the flight was 10 hours. And then customs in Atlanta were miserable and I finally found my sister Becki who was coming to get me. Becki lives in Huntsville Alabama and her best friend Diana lives in Georgia--about a half hour from the airport. So it all worked out nice and I got to see Becki! That was awesome. And I got to see my nephews including the newborn Owen :) So it all turned out to be a good thing :) Then I flew home all jet-lagged to Salt Lake City and my dad took the above picture of my mom and I. I was sooooo tired in that picture. But it felt so good to be back in Utah I must say. So all in all, the internship was an awesome experience and I learned a lot and got to see a ton! I highly recommend it to anyway. And if any of you go to Scotland you better talk to me first and I will tell you the best places to go and try to come myself :) Well I hope some of you enjoyed my blog--it was pretty fun for me to make. Thank-you all for your friendship and suppport as well. Cheers!

Hi Liz!
Glad to hear that you got home safe and sound.
I just thought I'd leave a short comment to say thanks again for all your hard work during your time in the Scottish Parliament. I'm glad you had fun, you were great company in our office.
Keep in touch - would be great to hear how you're getting on.
